FREE 30-Minute Qigong Session

With all that this happening around us these days, it's even more important to incorporate healing activity that settles our breath, our mind, our spirit and and keeps our body strong.

Qi (“subtle breath” or “vital energy”) and Gong (“skill cultivated through steady practice”). Qigong = Cultivating energy skillfully.

Qigong can be described as a mind-body-spirit practice that improves one's mental and physical health by integrating posture, movement, breathing technique, self-massage, sound, and focused intent.

Slow gentle qigong movements warm tendons, ligaments, and muscles; tonify vital organs and connective tissue; and promote circulation of body fluids (blood, synovial, lymph). 

Thousands of studies have shown qigong effective in helping to heal life challenges ranging from high blood pressure and chronic illness to emotional frustration, mental stress, and spiritual crisis. (

Qigong movements are easily adaptable to all abilities and practiced by all ages.

Invite your friends and family and join us for 30-minutes and give your mind + body + spirit a gentle reset.

Consider taking your practice outside for this 30 minutes and get the added boost of moving in fresh air.

Boost your quarantine fitness with a personalized workout!

Using only your bodyweight (or any tools you have on hand), our trainer will help you to safely improve your quality of life and decrease your risk of injury.

Based on your goals and incorporating elements of functional fitness, movements will

  • focus on range of motion/joint mobility
  • improving stability and balance
  • and increase your strength.

All you need is a towel or a mat for floor exercises/stretches.
