Using only your bodyweight (or any tools you have on hand), our trainer will help you to safely improve your quality of life and decrease your risk of injury.

Based on your goals and incorporating elements of functional fitness, movements will

  • focus on range of motion/joint mobility
  • improving stability and balance
  • and increase your strength.

All you need is a towel or a mat for floor exercises/stretches.
