Coach Pamela's boot camp session -- modified for an at-home workout!
Coach Pamela streams her weekly, total-body, strength and cardio workout from the gym right to you, wherever you are.
You can do this workout without any equipment, but if you have a yoga mat, hand-weights, and/or a step, have them close by during the class.
